artwork guidelines
offset printing
We need your files in CMYK mode, rather than RGB, with crops marks and 2mm bleed.
printing & colour
With printing, every endeavour is taken to reproduce the colours in your artwork to your specifications. However, there are factors which can vary how your work is printed from one print run to the next - these include temperature, humidity, moisture, printer calibration and variations in the paper stock.
fonts
It is important to embed the fonts in your artwork by converting them to outlines (or curves). This will ensure your fonts will reproduce exactly as you've intended them to be, even if we don't have your fonts installed.
resolution
To get the best results from your images/photos, and to ensure your prints are not blurry or pixelated, it is important that your images/photos are saved at a minimum resolution of 300dpi. Note - photos cannot be up-scaled from a lower resolution, as this will only enlarge the size of your file, not the quality.
